I can’t believe that it was just six short months ago that I met sweet little Levi. He looked like his daddy even then, and moreso now.
You probably don’t recognize him, but he’s the face of my website! Click here. His mom calls that shot “the famous shot”. And, even if it’s not famous, it sort of should be, ’cause I really love that picture.
It’s the best when I get to watch a squishy, sweet newborn develop and grow into a big boy!

I had so much fun meeting him again as a baby, not a newborn. He is so sweet and just too cute.  And, his mom brought really, really cute outfits!
Here are a few of my favorite from their family session.

Just hanging out.

Daddy loves his boy.

Love the light, love this family!

I think these were part of his Halloween costume.

I always love mama and baby shots. <3

This adorable mommy contacted me to photograph her perfect and precious six month old daughter.  It was a surprise session for Daddy, so we were in stealth mode.  Daddy was told that they were at Ikea buying Baby C a new broccoli, but really we were playing in the very pretty field you see below.  I had the best time photographing these two!  Mama had me laughing, Baby C had me laughing, and who doesn’t like to laugh?!

Once the order was decided upon, Mama Liz asked me to send her products along in a “nondescript package”.  It was killing me not to post some of these photos on Facebook, because, really.  How could you not look at these and squeal a little bit?  That tongue?  That dreamy light?  That adorable baby girl and her beautiful mama?  People, it hurt.

I’m so glad to finally be able to share these! You can see why, right? Love. I hear Daddy loved these, too, and what Daddy wouldn’t?

I had the pleasure of meeting the H family to for a newborn session photograph their newest addition last year.  Since then, we’ve met up for an awesome Mother’s Day family portrait session, too.  So, it was so great to see them again as a surprise for their grandparents this year! And what a great holiday gift – I mean, what grandparents don’t want beautiful portraits of their grandkids!  And, they brought along Daddy H’s brother, his wife, and their two kids, the H cousins!. As you can see, this family is just gorgeous.  I brought out the Orange Couch again and it was perfect for keeping all of these cousins in one spot.

So, I hope that the grandparents were surprised (that’s why I’ve waited to blog this session, we didn’t want to tip Grandma off – she is a fan of my Facebook page!) and loved the photos of their family.

See you guys soon!
